To get started, set up a Your Texas Benefits account (if you don’t already have one).

Here are features you can access once you set up your account:

View your cases:

• Sign up to go paperless and get notices and forms sent to you on the app.

Its well organized and easy to use I love it, I can send files with pictures I instead of waiting and sending it to the mail. I can make simple quick changes with a tap.

I wasnt aware that there was an App for Your Texas Benefits! Its so convenient and easy to use! I love it!

This app is awesome and makes application or renewal process a lot faster and easier! I have recommended it to my friends who have Medicaid or SNAP benefits!

I love this app its very convinent, but its ALWAYS updating which takes forever and youre unable to use that app at all!

I received a phone call while at work and needed to quickly do something with our application for chips. It is extremely fast and easy to handle our application stuff this way we an also check out status and several other things.

I really love this app, its better than having to log onto the computer all the time.

Some bad moments

I cant use the app because when I answer the questions to find my case it cant locate my case. I have a case but its not showing. Really needs improvement.

Went to the office just to find out I could turn in my missing documents for the application through pictures via phone using this app. Downloaded this app and it says I have no case number. Called the 211 number to find out my case number but just told me I could do everything online or the app.

I wish there was a way to edit your personal info, reset your account or delete the one you have and create a new account. Im no longer able to view my case info or change anything on my case because the system thinks that I am under the age of 18, which I am not. My hands are tied! This is a very good app except for this!

I gave all the information, I did everything right and this app isnt showing me my cases and I have no idea why.

Says I dont have a case, when I finished my interview 10 minutes before downloading the app. Not very dependable.

Ever since i download the app it doesnt work!! I sign in and then it say i need to answer a few questions.. I answer the first question hit the next button and it does nothing!!! Please fix!! Im using a iphone6plus!!
